HaloBreath terms

HaloBreath Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of HaloBreath as presented on this public website and, where applicable later, through direct links from the HaloBreath app.

Effective date: April 10, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to HaloBreath as presented on this website and, later, to direct links from the HaloBreath app.

HaloBreath is presented here as a breathing-focused Android product that is currently distributed through a closed Google Play test.

Closed test access

Access to HaloBreath currently depends on the closed-test setup described on the website, including tester-group access and use of the same Google account in the tester group and Google Play.

Because the rollout is still limited, availability can change, and access may not appear instantly after joining the tester group.

Use of the test build

HaloBreath is not presented here as a public release. Features, access rules, and availability may change while the closed test is ongoing.

Nothing on this page should be read as a promise of permanent availability, guaranteed release timing, or a fixed feature scope.

Feedback and updates

Closed tests exist partly to gather product feedback and refine the product. Testers should expect changes to the app and to the onboarding path while the rollout remains limited.

If the test setup changes materially, this terms page should be reviewed and updated as well.

Privacy and product context

This website keeps HaloBreath clearly separated from Fi7Note. Product-specific legal text should stay aligned with HaloBreath itself rather than borrowing assumptions from Fi7Note.

Final legal wording around privacy, testing, and billing should be reviewed against the live product setup before this text is treated as final.
